    Hundreds gathered to pay tribute to hometown hero Kevin Boss, a Philomath High and Western Oregon University graduate who helped the underdog New York Giants win the Super Bowl in his rookie season as a tight end. The celebration opened with a presentation from the Philomath Chamber of Commerce to Boss for outstanding leadership, support and inspiration to the community of Philomath.
