Enrollment is up at the Community and Technical College at West Virginia University Institute of Technology, but its four-year counterpart, WVU Tech, continues to struggle. The community college on Techs campus in Montgomery pulled in 12 percent more students during its fall semester, going from 677 to 758 students, said Beverly Jo Harris, president of the community college.
