    Community colleges enrollment up  Dec 13, 2007
    Enrollment is up at the Community and Technical College at West Virginia University Institute of Technology, but its four-year counterpart, WVU Tech, continues to struggle. The community college on Techs campus in Montgomery pulled in 12 percent more students during its fall semester, going from 677 to 758 students, said Beverly Jo Harris, president of the community college.     MONTGOMERY Efforts to reach an out-of-court agreement in a lawsuit against West Virginia University Institute of Technology were unsuccessful, and a new court hearing has been scheduled for December.
