Bartow Library Hosts Escape Artist Art Exhibit Sep 16, 2009 McQuien, a Fort Meade native, graduated from Harrison Center for the Performing Arts in Lakeland, then received his B.A. in illustration and painting from Memphis College of Art. MSA art students' display work Apr 14, 2009 Logan has been awarded a scholarship at the Memphis College of Art, where she will major in illustration. My World Turned Upside Down, Helps Families Talk About Cancer Apr 8, 2009 Painter and illustrator Jeanne Seagle, a Memphis College of Art graduate and a Fellow of the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts in Amherst, Virginia, brought the characters of this story to life. Seagle has illustrated a number of children's books and some of her work is featured in a special collection at the Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art in Amherst, Massachusetts.
