    BSC (6-3) has slim hopes of winning the New England Football Conference Bogan Division, but the Bears need a win over the Buccaneers and losses by first-place Maine Maritime Academy and Westfield State College.     This past weekend, the varsity team traveled to the Maine Maritime Academy in Castine, Maine, for the Downeast Fleet Racing Regatta.     CASTINE, Maine Maritime Academy cuts 13 support posts Maine Maritime Academy has cut 13 administrative support positions because of reductions in state aid. Leonard Tyler, the academy's president, said the cuts are needed because the state cut aid to the school by about $476,000. (Boston Globe)
