    Ben Victor learned a lot about Arabella "Belle" Babb Mansfield in the research that went into the statue of her that was unveiled today at 2 p.m. in a ceremony at Iowa Wesleyan College. The sculptor, who came from Aberdeen, S.D. to Mt.
