    A Framingham State College student has been suspended after campus police say they found marijuana packed for sale and an illegal knife in his dorm room. Ti'Quonn Joseph, 18, of Boston, was arrested in his Linsley Hall dorm room Tuesday at 9:35 p.m. after police found six small bags of marijuana, a double-edged knife and several empty bags, according to a police report filed yesterday in Framingham District Court by campus police Officer Brendan Green.     Aid for towns, cities and schools would largely be spared under Gov. Deval Patrick's plan to close a $600 million budget gap, but state jobs, police officers' pay and Framingham State College all face cuts. Local officials breathed a sigh of relief after Patrick announced in Worcester yesterday he would not seek to cut local aid or Chapter 70 school funding to plug the budget hole.     Swine flu going to school  Oct 23, 2009
    Students at Framingham State College on Thursday said life is continuing as normal on campus, albeit with more frequent hand washing, following yesterday's announcement that two students have tested positive for the H1N1 virus.     A Framingham State College student is suspected of having contracted the H1N1 virus, known as swine flu, and has been isolated from other students on campus, school officials said.     A Middlesex Superior Court judge last year denied a defense motion to allow Tang to attend classes at Framingham State College and to attend yoga classes.
