    Senior VP to become Central College president Northeastern s Senior Vice President for Executive Affairs, Mark Putnam, was named President of Central College in Pella, Iowa, and will assume the position in July 2010, according to an e-mail from Northeastern President Joseph Aoun sent to university staff and faculty yesterday. In the e-mail, Aoun said in his 10-year employment at Northeastern, Putnam was critical in the development of the school s academic plan and mission statement. (Northeastern News, MA)
