BETHLEHEM -- An Albany Medical College student associated with the Delmar Fire Department and Rescue Squad has been arrested on charges he solicited sex from minors through the Internet. Daniel Heeren, 24, of Carstead Drive in Slingerlands was arrested on Thursday, accused of soliciting sexual encounters with boys on the classified-listings Web site Craigslist, police said.
